I have worked across civil infrastructure, airports, data centers, nuclear facilities, clean and wastewater treatment plants, structural repair schemes, manufacturing, agriculture, high-end residential, fit-out works, and hospitality developments. My expertise covers the full commercial life cycle, underpinned by deep knowledge of FIDIC and NEC contracts. I have directed the commercial function on both contractor and client side, ensuring disciplined cost control, robust risk management, and clear contract administration on complex, distressed and strategic national projects. I have a strong track record of strategizing, designing and implementing commercial systems tailored to project and business needs. This includes establishing data quality frameworks, creating bespoke reporting tools, and embedding commercial international governance practices that enhance transparency and accountability.
